  • Then I go back to analyze and develop a clear, concise strategic action plan/road map

  • Your step by step marketing plan includes a SWOT analysis, defined goals and aspirations, marketing growth strategy, channel strategy, innovation planning, brand strategy and positioning, target audience, competitive evaluation, key insights and trends, media strategy, and any recommended research/data

Stage 2 – Tactical Advisory Marketing Services

  • 6 to 12 month engagement (stoppable with 30 days’ notice)

  • Oversee and support the implementation of the new Strategic Marketing Plan

  • Weekly advisory calls for coaching, guidance, accountability, and challenges

  • Recommend optimization steps along the way
